Big Indian Lumber Co. at Grovanna, GA 1920-1925 with Mr. Mell Smith .

Moved to Avon Park, FL - Lumber business with Mr. Mell Smith in 1925.

      Returned to Perry, GA 1929 - purchased sawmill from H.F. Moore Lumber Co. - Business name Tolleson Lumber Co. - Had small mills (Pecker Wood Mills) on yard for years

Jan. 1, 1948.
     Bought land & built sawmill and planer mill at Mystic, GA - Approx 1951.
Operated this mill until purchased Rewine Sawmill in Fitzgerald, GA in 1961.		       In 1955 built large pine mill on back side of yard which still stands, but not in use. Built PentaChlorophenal Treating plant at Perry in 1956     Built Wolman CCA plant at Perry in 1959.                                     Purchased Perry Veneer from Marion Brown in 1978 (joins land purchased from Moore Lumber Co).

Built Wolman CCA plant at Fitzgerald approx 1978		   Purchased Bandmill/Planer at Cullman, AL in 1980 - Operated until burned in 1990.           Purchased Bandmill/Planer at Preston, GA. in 1986.                       Opened Remanufacturing plant at Perry, GA   Dismantled treating plant at Perry, GA
