Jay Galloway, 42
President
Jay earned his BS in Management from David Lipscomb University- Nashville, Tennessee. Before becoming President of Tolleson Lumber Company, Jay worked in various management positions at Hood Industries including Lumber Division Manager and most recently Manufacturing Division Procurement Manager.
Jay is married to Renee and they have two children, John Nicks and Jessica. His hobbies include hunting, the outdoors, and working with youth at his church. He is an avid University of Tennessee football fan.

George Georgiev, 52
Vice President of Operations
George is a Dipl. – Ing. (Mechanical) from the University of Sofia,
Bulgaria and has a MSc in Forestry (Wood Science and Technology) from
the University of Toronto, Canada. Before accepting this position at
Tolleson, George was employed as a senior consultant with Perforex and
prior to that George was consecutively a General Manager for Norbord at
Deposit NY, MDF plant and Jefferson TX, OSB plant. George is a member of the Forest Products Society.
George is married to Inga and they have one grown son, Theodore. In his spare time he enjoys reading and travel.

Steve Carter, 58
Vice President of Procurement
Steve earned his AA and his AS in forestry from Lake City Jr. College and Forestry School. Previously Steve was an area forester at Itt Rayonier, and area manager at Empire Forest Products. He is currently on the Georgia Forestry Board of Directors and is a member of the Society of American Foresters.
Steve is married to Janet and they have two grown daughters, Rebecca and Lauren, as well as a granddaughter, Kaylie. Steve’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, and vintage automobiles. He is a member of the National Rifle Association and the National Turkey Wildlife Association.

Gary Brewer, 49
Vice President of Finance
Gary earned his BBA in Accounting and his MBA from Georgia College and State University . He has also passed the CPA exam. Previously Gary has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Dry Branch Kaolin, Controller of $300 million Shaw Industries Plant, and most recently Chief Financial Officer for Alliance Homes, Inc.
Gary is a former board member for the Johnson County Chamber of Commerce and is currently a board member of the Soccer Athletic Association in Dublin, GA.
Gary is married to Kema and they have 3 children, Christa, Mallory, and Sance. Gary’s hobbies include coaching soccer, watching NASCAR, and outdoor activities. Gary attends New Vision Fellowship Church.

Joe Kusar, 58
Executive Vice President- Sales
Joe earned his BS degree in Forest Industries from Ohio State University. Prior to working at Tolleson, Joe was Vice President and General Manager, Wolman Division, Koppers Co Inc., Forest Products Group. He currently serves on the Southern Pine Council as chairman of the Export Committee, sits on the board of directors for both the Treated Wood Council and the Wood Truss Council, and is a member of the T-2 Treatment Committee on Lumber and Timber for the American Wood Preservers Association.
Joe is married to Andrea and they have two grown sons, Joe and Mike. In his spare time he enjoys hunting and the shooting sports.

W.J. “Rusty” Wood
Chief Executive Officer
Rusty is a graduate of Western Carolina University. He has worked at Tolleson Lumber for over thirty years in many capacities, most recently serving for many years as President of the company.
Rusty is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Perry and member of the Board of Directors of the Haggai Institute. In the past he has been Chairman of the Board of Westfield Schools, the Perry Area Chamber of Commerce, and Bank South of Houston County. He spent years as Chairman of the U.S. Lumber Coalition.
Rusty is married to Terry and they have one grown daughter, Whitney. He enjoys spending time with his family and participating in church activities as well as hunting, fishing, and attending sporting events.
